1. Agreement to Terms

By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the services. We may modify the Terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting.

2. Description of Service

BotForge AI Platform ("the Platform") provides a cloud-based "Bot-as-a-Service" for deploying and managing Telegram bots. This includes hosting for bot instances, a library of pre-built bot templates, a Bot SDK for custom development, and tools for analytics, payment processing, and automation.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. BotForge AI Platform cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
  • You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account (even when content is posted by bots operating under your account).
  • You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the BotForge AI Platform services or help anyone else to do so. You must not, and must not attempt to, use the services to:

  • Send unsolicited communications, promotions, advertisements, or spam.
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or any other malicious software.
  • Engage in, promote, or encourage illegal activity.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Violate the privacy of others or distribute personally identifiable information without consent.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its components.
  • Violate Telegram's official Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of this policy without notice.

5. Payments, Renewals, and Refunds

  • A valid payment method is required for paid subscription plans.
  • Services are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis and are non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.
  • You are responsible for all fees and applicable taxes associated with your use of the Service.
  • Failure to pay subscription fees may result in the deactivation or termination of your bot instances and account.

6. Intellectual Property

The look and feel of the Service is copyright © BotForge AI Platform. All rights reserved. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the HTML/CSS, Javascript, or visual design elements without express written permission.

You retain ownership of all content, data, and bot configurations that you create or store on the platform. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and operate your bot instances and associated content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

7. Termination

You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. BotForge AI Platform, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service for any reason at any time.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty or condition, express, implied or statutory. BotForge AI Platform does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

You expressly understand and agree that BotForge AI Platform shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the service.
